Volunteer Moderation Information
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Art Fight!
Please be aware that all moderation positions with Art Fight are volunteer only at this time. This means you will be paid with gratitude and some cool on-site perks, but there will be no monetary compensation.
Requirements for applying:You must have participated in at least one Art Fight to apply (does not include participation in our Discord Minigames)You must be at least 18 years old to applyYou must have a Discord account and be a member of the Art Fight Discord serverAll staff members are required to sign an NDA ('Non-Disclosure Agreement') contract with their legal name. This is to ensure confidentiality for both staff and users, and protects sensitive information such as the content of reports and internal staff documents.
Some of the responsibilities Site Mods undertake include:
Moderating attacks and characters uploaded to Art FightWarning for and deleting inappropriate submissions or anything that goes against our Rules and TOSReviewing and handling reports made onsite, alongside other onsite duties!
Some of the responsibilities Chat Mods undertake include:
Enforcing rules within the Discord server, possibly in a very fast-paced environmentActively engaging with the communityAnswering user questionsHelping with Minigames during the off-season**This entails moderating the various Minigames channels, enforcing Minigames timeouts, hosting Telephone games on occasion, etc.
⚠️Moderation can be a particularly demanding role. It will require you to interact with others, and may possibly put you in difficult situations. Please consider this carefully before applying.⚠️

Are you a developer? Art Fight is looking for both front-end and back-end developers in volunteer and paid positions!
