Plushpup I get the jealousy and have felt this way too when I saw attacks of skilled artists, but this is just harsh, the value of your art here is not determined by skill but the amount of effort put in, because the entire scoring system is based off what you drew. I have seen many attacks by beginner artists and professional artists with the same score because they both drew a character that was colored and shaded. I actually believe artfight is one of the friendlier sites to post beginner art on, because I have not seen such a large amount of beginner art posted in a while and most social media I use only show very highly polished art by professionals.

I don't want to get into this too much, but it's very concerning to me that you are blaming artfight for potentially causing people to consider to seriously harm themselves, Artfight was simply made so people could trade art, and if seeing art you think looks better than yours causes you to be violently upset, then you likely already have issues that need to be addressed and helped. It's better to take care of yourself and figure out what's causing those emotions instead of placing the blame on artfight.

Plushpup I fully understand you genuinely feel that way and I also understand your intention was not to harm but that doesn't stop that fact that you did.
Additionally, if you feel that way sometimes that means you do need a therapist??? That is quite literally the biggest reason you should get a therapist or some sort of help. That is not healthy to get this upset over an online game and I'd hate to imagine how often you could be upset by other things in your daily life. Feeling like you want to harm yourself is in no way a healthy or normal thing to happen and is a sign of serious mental health issues that you need to seek support for.

duh lmao

This was my very first Art Fight and it really gave me the kick in the bottom to get back drawing again. It was so fun to draw surprise presents for people and I ended up drawing more than I have in years! I got a liiiitttle bogged down with the pressure of revenging (the pressure was coming from within, no one else was demanding I revenge!), so maybe next year I'll try a different attacking strategy, but everyone was really nice and I got some super lovely defenses too! 

Plushpup wow I cannot believe you said that on a PUBLIC SITE over a game with no prizes.
Please take some more care and empathy and think abythe people you could effect by saying you're going to do that to yourself.

My own mother is a survivor of those thoughts and I don't appreciate seeing someone throw those words around lightly over a silly online game.

I understand you are upset but again, this is a public space with people of many different backgrounds who could be severely effected by that comment.
If you genuinely feel that way, please tell a close trusted friend or a therapist, not the Internet.

I knew Stardust would win.  We were ahead all the time.  I guess this was due to the number of members on each team.
